I am not sure what else I can tell this forum other than I told you so.

The AHF 3rd quarter report, which management held off delivering until after close on the final day, is bad.

The quarterly cash burn almost doubled from $642k last quarter to $1.14M and yet revenue only increases 28% from prior corresponding period. However this only tells part of the story.

One of the biggest red flags I see with a company is when they emphasise large % increases in sales (i.e. 490% increase) whilst starting off a tiny or non existent sales base. We all know this time last year AHF was discontinuing the former IF product lines due to poor sales.

The reality is they have so far burned a similar amount of money (~$3M cash outflow for the year to date) as this time last year under the old management. Yet in 2025 they have only done $4m for the year to date in sales compared to $5M by this time last year.

So they are already well behind, and now the distribution partner AHF is in bed with, Andy Zhang, is about to have the debt collectors put on him. He has been found to owe $26M to BUB for his previous monumental distribution failure.

So much for the claims by his defenders on here that "it wasn't his fault" and "he's a misunderstood genius". The Court saw through that BS and it's about time everyone else did too.
