    Last time they raised cash it was to Zhang and my memory was that it was for a 2.5c when SP was about 2c .... so if that was to occur again (25% premium) then the raise would be at 6.5c
    Ok that might not happen - but it shows that when a cap raise occurs into a growth style biz that SP dont have to be the same 6 months later
