OK, I wasn't aware of such a major shift by either A2M (other than its dual listing a few years ago) or VIT (other than the acquisition of Musashi as complementary product).

CDC acquisition is a substantial business shift providing a new platform for growth as well as a revenue improvement for AHF and even "as is" it is an earnings accretive acquisition. So not too fussed if the price doesn't flip to the moon on the announcement as it is a foundation part of a longer term business plan.

By the end of this month we will know one way or the other, my view is it will drive substantial debate between now and then and both sides will have a sense of being right until such time as the company announces the outcome. My argument has always been and will remain based on a positive announcement and a positive result for AHF with risk that they (AHF Directors) recognise and are addressing appropriately. Time may well prove me wrong, but I hope not.
