Michael and Adrian will have their days numbered if there is a takeover bid by Mengniu, Yili or Dairy Crest. So far the Aussie press has got close but not exact to TO bids, see Allianz close to the Fairfax Financial TO of Tower, KKR were snooping around, they were after TTS not WOW, DOW was not being TO'd but was doing a TO for SPO. There are more so the blogs are very close to the money on this stuff if not exact.
All the SPs are so low, TO bids r bound to come and AHF would be a good candidate given its paltry SP and pathetic management. It is the Telstra of the small caps, Fonterra of the future in business model and assets only.
