But if I were to walk back into the factory & it’s exactly the same I’d be furious.
None of you know me but when it came to this business I had a chip on my shoulder for everyone else who thought otherwise.
It may be just an operators position but if I’d had money to spend on it, like real cash I would’ve been able to improve its production yield, by a lot actually. Instead my last week I was spending my own cash that I made from that job to buy Ph strips to make sure we had no chemical in the line, was the last straw for me.
There is one major design fault that should’ve been improved by now, one major resource should’ve been expanded or at least in the works to be replaced so multiple departments can run at the same time.

Your perspective on the practical improvements needed is extremely valuable, especially your point about the major design fault and resource expansion. I’d be keen to learn more about what specific changes you think could significantly boost production yield. Hope they’ve address these over the last 2 years but either way, I’d appreciate you sharing your honest thoughts!
