AHF - TAU holding

TAU is a micro cap has a substantial holding in AHF. AHF share price has been rocketing so TAU holding worth a lot more at todays AHF prices. The main TAU director Hackett is an AHF director and was instrumental in the listing of AHF.

TAU holding in AHF comprises.
- approx 4 mill shares - value increased by about $1.4 mill last 2 days
- covertible notes convertible into 7.5 mill shares - value increased about $2.2 mill last 2 days.
- 2 mill free options - value increased about $0.5 mill last 2 days
Total increase in value last 2 days 4.1 mill.

TAU total market capitalization at current price of 18 cents about $6 mill. Assets were worth about 10 mill now worth about 14 mill. So per TAU share that's about 40 cents of net tangible asset value. Also it has tax losses so gains on any gains on AHF unlikely to be taxable

On fundamentals it looks very cheap however its' very illiquid. Still AHF was pretty illiquid before it took off.
