AHG Placement by UBS and BP today

    I am hearing that this placement will be closed any time this morning by BP and its done at $4.52 a 6.2% discount and raising $110 Mil in total for paying off Debt and for new acquisitions etc. Apparently these shares will be eligible for the 13c dividend also in 3 weeks time or so. Does anyone know much about this. Cheers
