Yep there was far more in the AFR, than I put up. The idea that we can afford to defend rich people’s homes (seaside) with sea walls all around the country, is implausible. More rapid sea rises are on the cards. We might get to 5mm rises a year and over a decade the damage will be obvious. The number of councils asking for handouts to mitigate coastal erosion has well exceeds $1b. Roll on the inevitable.
