Because of all the fuss over the change in bits etc. I did a quick google on this particular bit. It is shaped like a button very flat and designed for penetrating sandstone in oil and gas wells. It will be reasonablely slow but effective to penetrate the sandstone, and on further reasearch the sandstone could be the cap stone that seals the well. If you google oil drilling and sandstones you will read for yourself. IMO. DYOR.
