I just read you brilliant post.
From here, as has been suggested to me..............Is it possible that BHP may next fall into the mix.
They have now canned their expansion on Olympic Dam due to the expense. It would be a lot cheaper for them to take EXT. Or on the other hand, they will need to stop the Chinese getting it really.
Will the RIO/BHP deal be restarted in light of this. As a most intelligent person said to me, Australian companies need to stay the "Price Makers" not the "Price Takers" ;)
