He is just doing royalty only deals with companies which they will test and when they do not generate decent revenue they will stop doing immediately, very limited risk for them.

I tend to disagree here regarding the use case for fitness. There are plenty of enthusiasts who track their dimensions on a consistent basis. There is most definitely an audience in fitness, but i also agree that Health and Insurance will far surpass revenue in comparison.
