You are on the money JAar…the other problem is that they have cashed in too many market “ good will cards” .thanks to those flashy entrepreneurial price sensitive deals with mainly second rate partners.
They have now conditioned the market to take an overly cautious and sceptical approach to their future prospects.
You are correct in that a root and branch clean out is needed, problem is those that need to step aside are the major stake holders , so stalemate and no mood for change within the current BOM..result being those remaining share holders are left frustrated and asking questions with no adequate response.
I believe they are owed better that that.
