I’d call it factual- nothing here signals falsified comments, these are legitimate questions with statements, also reflected within AHI announcements from the past.
when a company makes such a significant claim with a revenue number and fails to inform why it hasn’t happened even though announced as material, the investment community have the right to question and assume this was incorrect- which has been proven multiple times now.

Baiting isn’t an answer I’d class it as, more a valid question based on the CEO’s announcement! Remember, the stock pumped 20% that day- again- valid
