Stock holders being lied to for 3/4 years straight by being informed that they are within a few weeks/months of becoming cashflow positive because a bigtime breakthrough deal about to launch. After 4 years people kinda started to catch on that it was all a jip and they were being lied to and no longer believed in the hype.
