The $30/t processing cost would be factored in the cash cost. You seem to be factoring it twice.
Keep in mind the 45/55 profit split was apart of the farm in agreement, Ark mines has since 100% acquired the project and this may be the reason they are tweaking the toll treatment agreement now.
The debt facility is a US$6m facility, the $1.44 and $1.6m was drawn from this, leaving about AUD$4.8m undrawn.
