If XRXH remove two current Director's and replace them the share offer will increase to $0.006 providing the company books are in order. If 20% shareholding is achieved then a takeover bid is possible.
So far FEX has paid $320k in con notes, the remaining $680k is subject to AHN shareholder approval. And FEX can't convert any con notes to shares until September.
