    i don't know however because the capital raising is so cheap I would imagine it is to the same shareholders (& associates) that did the reverse takeover of the company at the same price of 0.5 cents
    .........

    note: i just sold the last of my AHQ shares and hold an indirect position with GUL (although I will buy AHQ back if it falls back)
