Rewind it's the same old story with very poor liquidity in AHUG and fear everywhere it only took $45,000 in trades to wipe $4.3mil off the market cap.
We have about 6 weeks left until the deal is signed off on & not much chance of AHUG holders knocking it back or issues with regulatory approval.
Champ pulling out of the deal is the only real concern I have but they are getting a pretty good deal from what I see. However I assume they are reliant on sourcing new equity for the CHAMP 2 fund to fund this deal and are not using existing cash from this fund?
