In relation to your specific questions I can advise the following:
§ There are a number of conditions precedent that need to be satisfied for the sale of the Alleasing business to conclude, including the hybrid holder vote and CHAMP securing funding.
§ The Explanatory Memorandum and Notice of Meeting is expected to be mailed tomorrow (and lodged with the ASX) and will detail all the conditions precedent
§ The aim is, subject to the satisfaction of the conditions precedent, to have the sale completed by the end of November.
