The company itself is not bad it is the way it's being run by the past and previous management. The company is trying to survive on infusion products and rebates the adapt products are not even the bread and butter of this company. A multi billion dollar pharma has nothing to lose by buying a struggling biotech with a niche product and also a multi billion dollar pharma will have a strong lobby. The problem is Wayne Patterson has not delivered anything exciting to the Market the day he became CEO and the stock price reflects that even if Wayne disagrees about market sentiment against the company fundamentals and in saying that if Wayne is so enthusiastic about it why is he not yet buying on the market himself? or is he just too busy riding his Indian motor cycle and posting nonsense on twitter? as if anyone uses twitter these days and the share price sitting @ 18.23USD.
