Interesting way of doing it.
I decided 18 months ago I would reduce loan to zero over time with small gains. I think i could do it quicker but not enough time at work to focus on it. Ahz is my distraction lol.
Mine only costs me less than 1k per month and of course is tax deductible.

One other thing with weighting is comsec recommended I buy another stock such as a bank stock to change weighting which is another way of achieving same outcome.
