You must mean "go long - short term", cause if you're really interested in a long position you'd be accumulating. Value is value, trying to pick the bottom, or Waiting for a buy signal is trading. Buy on the 1st of the month each month for the next 12 months and hold till the story changes, or the plan is derailed (if indeed that ever occurs).
