I think many would agree a vaccine would be a great medical breakthrough with mankind benefiting tremendously. A former colleague of mine developed HSV2 and I saw the toll it took on her confidence and well being. I hope you take comfort knowing Prof Fraser is working on this.
I also read the below article the other day. I don't know if Frasers work is similar, but it's reassuring that many groups are working on an hsv2 vaccine.
