This is the only reason the company exists today. Cardiocel was bluesky as well at that point and BOD (the company that had cardiocel) was broke.
A merger of sorts occurered, Twiggy threw his money in and the medical devices was a little earner.
I imagine it would be very difficult to spin Frazer off, Twiggy is still Top holder.
This company came to existence for 1 purpose. And it isnt to cater to shareholder insecurities
