People need to look at their average buy in, thebpast spikes and what is realistically achievable on any given spike in the future. A 60% one-two day spike is not normal, so if you need that to cover your buy in you either need to wait for the next spike and accept a small loss or average down to get your buy in lower.
And pray that the SP doesn't tank even further
