EO, are you for real? I was the only person to suggest a raising last week... and I did that wearing undies on me head while reading financial statements.
They simply need more money to fund the upcoming P2a trial.
Not rocket science... theyre in ramp up mode in one business while at the same time having an expensive vaccine trial commitment in the other.
They will probably run a 100+ patient trial (if similar to Genocea) which is gunna cost a pretty penny. If they don't have product for 100 patients, they will also have to manufacture it at some cost.
