1. Wp lives in U.S. so his pay should be in USD.
I've worked overseas in several countries as an engineer on similar money (without the bonuses). Imo he's adding huge future value and that is worth a lot right now imo. I think to the future though.

2. What is a reasonable salary for someone coming from a seven figure VP position to a company whose revenue has grown 50%+ yoy while decreasing costs and introducing 4 new products while properly planning the rollout into new jurisdictions such as india and china and south Americas while attracting a board and management and engineering team of med-tech professionals and having the foresight to get a game changing and disruptive device called TAVR to stage where firstly a co-development deal and then later a co-commercialisation deal can be done.

Not attacking but a bit of basis to your comments would be appreciated.
