Also keep in mind one of the conditions (15% discount maximum) of rights issue, etc... sp needs to trade at a minimum average price of 6.8c for the last 3 trading days leading into closing date. So to avoid any risks here, its a given today/tomorrow/Thurs, it will trade higher.
