I'd say the main driver of the sp is investors dreams. So many want to make easy cash. The cash comes with long term holds. I had Webjet at 36c years ago but thought this isn't going up as I wanted it to so I got impatient and went elsewhere trying to strike it rich.
The guidance was less than a spike so I wouldn't class that as much to blame. The missed guidance coupled with ratty moving on and suspension was one could say a catalyst for many amateur investors to use as a reason to sell.
People need to realise that it takes years to see a return in a business.
You can trade with the herd on the Bit's and avz's of this world but eventually they come down.
CDU has come down and it's been suspended for a while.
It happens to every stock starting out. But you want less spec, short sighted investors as possible in the register I think I've learnt.
The ramping will attract these types. The management has to attract the long term big holders in its listed entity to succeed. As long as the company is on the right track.
