While I think it may also have bottomed, I'm not sure I follow the $18m vax argument. SB aren't really "buying" the vax, they are getting a share of the vax investment for investing a further $18m into the vax project - trying to turn out into something marketable which it is not at the moment. How I wish they would just pay something for it and take it off ahz hands.
