I said for signs of a true reversal (i.e. start to recover back to 13c before the big crash), the pps needs to get back to 8c first, that will be a positive sign of a reversal. Right now, it will trade in the 5-6c range giving a false reversal impression. The market needs to see that investors are willing to at least buy at the CR price for confidence.
