It will settle to 7s before Rights issue and go much higher after. If you observe hundreds of rights issue with underwriting, you will find all these sp movement is the same.I believe some of the Existing retail holder might sold at 8c due to fear and anger. But I'm very sure not so much long term holder sold around 6c, especially not during reversal. So what make the day trader stop loss below 6c which pushed the price to 4.8c.? The institution knows it will be better to sell after the rights issue completed, so it must not be them.
It must be the underwriter manipulate the sp and stoped the last reversal.
