in a good position here where sp is and where it is heading, 2 days before deadline (Thurs 13th Dec)- does the company release an annc today/tomorrow to send the sp to 8c + to ensure take up by holders ?
or once the offer closes and the underwriter takes up the balance at 8c, it's in their interests to pump the sp to sell into once the shares come on mkt/quotation (which will be 18th Dec, next Tuesday)
