Missed the start also, but looks like a 10m buy into 0.4 and then turn around and 10m sell into 0.3 of which half of that sell order is still outstanding. They will take a small loss in the hope of creating some buying interest for the seller. That is my view and I don't really subscribe to the theory that there is big news about to hit as the reason.
