Sure, I agree. All systems have their advantages. In ADAS, the car's already crashed by the time the sensor response is sent up to the cloud. In facial recognition, deep learning uses heaps of power and needs huge data sets. This Brainchip really does allow for a far quicker response time without the need for extensive power / heat / bandwidth. Boggles the mind the extent of systems that could benefit from the Edge.
