It would have been more instructive to see how it went.

I was hoping to see a fire sale purchase by someone that gave holders something back, but that possibility is now remote in this environment. The mechanics of such a sale would be interesting to those in the startup field - i.e. "what's the floor for an exit of a not-too-successful public company if you have something, and how do you make it happen?". I had pictured them going out to Nationwide or some such. Was curious if the legals could be made to happen, somehow, especially with a public company.

Instead I imagine either desperate shenanigans and/or "close it down and blame corona, with CW pivoting to a startlingly well-paid career as VP or an Entrepreneur-in-Residence somewhere".
