1. The war in the Middle East even if the, probably, only things related to Israel is the registered company address and his citizenship. 2. Doubts if the software works or will be able to be sold / generate a continuous revenue stream. 3. Doubts that he can manage the growth avoiding a financial ruin.
Only time will tell but it looks like that Israel must have a huge pool of fantastic software engineers when watching all the surveillance technologies and successes used in the current war. Unfortunately most cutting edge techs are always developed for military purposes first and then later used for civil applications but if Amos has employed some of those high caliber " software / hardware " experts for W2V then the future should be very rosy.
The war, sadly, is unlikely to end anytime soon but maybe the upcoming 4C could prove that Amos is not fooling around and developing something big.
