    Delisting doesn't mean you've lost your money. Yes, it makes it harder to buy or sell shares, but you're still a shareholder in a company that has paying clients & generating revenue.

    It's possible to be a shareholder in an unlisted public company. ASX-listed entities have to follow certain protocols, an unlisted public company escapes the scrutiny from the ASX regulators & management would be free to seek out alternative methods of funding, like crowdsourcing for example.

    W2V could continue to expand, recapitalise & relist in several months or years, on another exchange or back on the ASX.

    It would be disappointing but all is not lost.
