That's shown in signing up new clients and installing the new software. The income increase reported based on the new signings is expected to take 6-9 months due to software installing, training and monitoring. That's happens to most software based tech comps. And that's caused the revenue - costs gap to sometimes getting bigger for 2-3 quarters if a big client is getting onboarded. Whilst that in the LT will be beneficial it often scares sh who don't understand the process and time it can take. It is not like streaming a Netflix movie in a blink of an eye, there is more to it.
If those gap-widening is reported then Amos must explain why and people will understand, hence the webinars accompanying the 4Cs. Big funds wouldn't bother when Bunnings would report a few million here and there less due to installing new systems but hell breaks loose if Amos does the same as many would cry out Cap raising coming! without even analysing what's going on.
0.7c is scary, nobody likes holding sub 1c, only buying sub 1c. But we can't have both at the same time, buying sub 1c and showing the balance based on 10c. If management was a concern for me, like it is at CHM atm, I would sell. But if the market is scared despite great fundamentals then it is a buy. Got more 0.7c today and waiting at 0.6c.
