    Based on historical / biblical / realistic business principles:

    Simply overvalued.


    Those comps you listed enjoy forwards valuations based on POSSIBLE positive income.

    If not met, watch them crash and holders cry.
    If met, hardly any upside.

    I rather invest in valuations based on actual income, less risk, huge upside.
