The problem is, just because W2V signs clients up, it doesn't automatically mean income will flow. These clients have to spend money on business expenses to be able to reclaim the VAT.
W2V could triple their clients overnight, but if the clients don't make any VAT submissions, it means nothing for W2V.
Expenses aren't that high, there are entities out there burning a lot more cash on staff & not pulling a single cent in revenue. At least W2V has revenue, just not enough to cover expenses. Amos has stated in the past they can't cut staff, they're operating at minimum staff levels. W2V has to grow their way out of this hole.
