The asx is littered with companies like this. Have a look at Floate (CEO of Spenda, formally Ciralto), or MM of Biotron, Bob Preux of IBX fame. These people don't give a monkeys about the SP. They get their nice CEO salary (and options, performance rights etc) regardless of performance and raise when the money dries up. This happens because people like you are not willing to ask questions of them, simply defending it. Before you know it, years have passed and you've been diluted to death
Might be time to accept their costs & cash burn is are far too high and actually question where your money is going
