If it was as simple as cutting a few staff, some wage reduction & that would fix the problem. Don't you think management would have done that already!!!!!!!!! What, do you all think the BOD are sitting around in their office scratching their heads & thinking " Geez expenses exceed income, I don't know what to do". Really? If it was that simple it would have been done already!!!!!!!!! Grow a brain!!!!

I'm not to blame for the current state of affairs here, I don't run the company!! I own the company as a shareholder, but I don't run it. Don't you dare throw your rubbish or accusations at me!! It's got nothing to do with me!! If you have a vaild criticism or idea by all means post it here. Tell management about it. But complaints about high expenses for the last 2.5 years has been met with "cut wages", "cut job" pfffft. Who the hell is going to work for you if you cut their wage!! Use your brain for 2 seconds & think about how you would feel at your work if your boss came up to you & said " next week we're cutting your wage by 50%". What the hell would you do???
