And you are more than welcome to tell Amos how to reduce staff while still increasing the customer base. But so far you haven't suggested one, not one way of doing so. When criticising anything or anyone you must provide a better solution, so, what is your practical and real existing solution apart of just complaining about things neither you nor we have any 100% inside of.
And if you got one, discuss it with Amos or the Aussie directors. I did a few times over the past weeks, they are approachable, just need a few attempts.
