Market doesn't believe that Account Receivable $4.5m is real. Once transferred and shown as cash in W2V's account that view will change. CC5 for example will reach Break Even or better by June and yet market still values it as bankrupt. E79 "overnight" tripled after years of being neglected by the market after other companies, KAL and SCN, confirmed its value.
Be patient, the real re-rate is on its way.
