You are most likely correct but Mr Market doesn't like the geo location of head office with all the turmoil over there, nor does it like the outlook for the global financial economy.
Both those issues are significant and make 3 months a long time, should W2V reach cash flow positive I think the price will move north but no phnominal multi bagging until those issued settle.
