Thanks for time effort you put in ProCapitalism. It definitely worth punt at current price. if management isn't going to accept anything less $100M for take over that approximately 10 cent share. Once CF + I suspect private equity specialising in IT Software will be circulating as they take it private dramatically reduce cost then re-list. Obviously there risk but if buy current prices reward could be substantial.
