So after reading the below ann a few weeks ago, I decided to do some digging around.

Not only is Alex Waislitz the biggest shareholder in W2V, but he also has a stake in iAngels.

iAngels also has a board member on W2V, Mr Assia.

So, Alex is invested in both W2V & iAngels, that would probably explain why David from iAngels is on the board of W2V.

So, not only does Thorney have a controlling interest in this stock as the largest shareholder, but they also have an ally on the BOD. It looks as though Alex has made a little nest here on the ASX, a nest that might be able to hatch something big in due course.

I think the best thing about the new AI-AP Compliance product is that W2V have doubled the potential pool of clients. VAT reclaim is only available in around 40 countries worldwide. The new AI Compliance product can be marketed in 80 countries. W2V makes their commission from any VAT reclaim & a "standard rate" for every invoice processed.

Perhaps potential clients in countries without VAT reclaim may find the AI-AP Compliance product useful within the accounts payable department, as it's another set of eyes monitoring invoices. It's another set of AI eyes that doesn't come to work late, complain, take holidays, take sickies, talk behind your back or steal from you. Which employer wouldn't love that?
