    They are monopolists, as are all central airports in reality, which is why they make such a good investment.
    They should all really be owned by their respective local governments, but anglo countries have little hope of recovering such valuable privately held assets, I really don't see too much risk, AIA has been investing heavily in making their airport world class, so they can claim to have been acting in the best interests of both the city and their shareholders - and they have a justification for charging whatever they like.
