It's quite obvious that Russia and Syria would never intend to deliberately bomb an aid convoy, especially with all the publicity surrounding this one. If it is proven that the convoy was bombed it would have been a targeting error, in which case I doubt it could be called a war crime.

Mistakes happen in wars. There should never have been a war. Nobody has any business being in Syria except Assad's forces and Russian forces which have been invited in by Assad to help fight the terrorists, which include the so called moderate rebels that the USA is supporting to overthrow a legitimate Syrian government.

It's the warmongering USA that has blood on it's hands, including it's allies Turkey, Saudis, etc.
